Disease Bagworm
Host Plants Arborvitae, Juniper, Cypress, most Evergreens and other deciduous trees
Description The larvae form bags made from plants foliage and silk, and look like normal plant parts to the untrained eye.  Damage can be severe with high populations.  Complete defoliation and death of host can apply.  Damage is usually severe on one plant and spreads from the initially infested plant.
Life Cycle Eggs over-winter within the female "bag" and hatch around mid-June
